Grandma and Granddad's visit

Hi there, Lucy here to tell you about what a lovely time we had when Grandma and Granddad came over to stay for the month of March. We miss them lots and I am already talking about when they come back after the babies come. Can't wait.......

Here we are, Tommy, me and Bono with Grandma.

Bono was not going to be left out of the photo

Granddad and Tommy watching something on tv - probably sports related

Tommy showing how he can climb on anything including chairs and tables..... He thinks he's very clever.

We took Grandma to Fairfield City Farm to show her all the animals. Here Tommy and I are pretending to be joeys.

Daddy and Tommy checking out the baby animals. We got to hold chicks.

Tommy telling Grandma what a lovely time he is having. Especially from that high vantage point.

Feeding the lambs and kids

Tommy is proving to be as brave as I am with these things and throws himself into all the action.

Daddy and I on the tractor ride.

Look how high we are Mum. You can't reach us up here!!!

Back at home, Tommy climbing on more things......

We went to the South Coast for a weekend away and Grandma and I had a great time collecting shells. Here we are resting and reenergising after our long walk

We both love the water so the beach was the place to be.

We are turning Daddy into a water baby too.

Back at home on our bikes.

With talk of Grandma and Granddad's trip back to NZ I was quite taken with the thought of aeroplanes so I made one for us and here we are settling in for a trip overseas. Even "Tara the Dancing Dolly" gets to come along. She is in the front seat driving the plane.

Making sure Tommy has his seatbelt done up correctly.......

Granddad spent a lot of his time building our deck out the back. He did a fantastic job so you will have to come and admire it some time. Here we are posing for a final couple of shots before they leave.

Doesn't it look great. Tommy and I are already making good use out of it. Thanks Granddad.

That's all for now. See you soon.
