News from Thomas

Well, here I am for my first blogg page entry. Finally I get to say a few things about how it is around here. For me life is getting better and better as I get more and more mobile - rolling here and there and laughing at my sister and her antics. I am getting much more settled now as well which I am told is great for the whole family. All I know is that my tummy doesn't hurt quite so often these days.....

I have already started reading. Here I am with my English/Spanish/French book learning how to say "cow" in other languages.



Hahaha...Just joking.

Lucy is reading to me here. She is becoming very gentle with me and gives me toys when I cry or tries to stuff the dummy in my mouth. Not always the most comfortable but mostly I appreciate the effort.

I find her quite amusing and have a giggle at her every now and then. Here she is jumping on the trampoline - one of her favourite pursuits - or just jumping anywhere really. I have noticed that Lucy never walks anywhere - she jumps, runs, dances etc. I am taking a lot of notice!!!

At Easter we went away for the weekend but had to come home early due to other members of the group becoming quite sick. Fortunately we got out of there before getting it ourselves so Lucy got to go for her first Easter egg hunt with Faith and Chloe.

I spent my time in the usual way lounging around and chucking up. This was taken just as a used bib was removed for a new one to replace it. Got to be quick around here. Can you see why I have to have so many clothing changes during the day??

Lucy got to eat one of her easter eggs and has now discovered the joy of chocolate.

Here's Lucy at the beach. She had a lovely time although we didn't stay long so she was very upset when we had to go.

OOPS! A photo out of order but I can't change it sorry....Another one at the beach with Mum. It was getting pretty cold but we were well rugged up.

And seeing Daddy off at the airport. He went to Cambodia on a mission trip and will be back next week. Lucy enjoyed seeing the planes and tells people Daddy is in "bodia".

While he has been gone she has been up to her usual tricks and this is the result of an accident with the gate when she fell and hit her head. She has a nice egg now and is getting a black eye as the swelling moves down.
