Trip to NZ

Hello. We are back again to tell you about our trip to NZ to see our family. Here is my little brother eating his All Blacks sock and carrying it around in his mouth like a trophy. Must have been anticipating his visit in a few days time. He was very proud of himself.

Here he is again making sure he wasn't going to be left behind even if it meant being taken in the luggage.

We made it and finally got to meet Samuel who just turned 1. Here are Tommy and Samuel having a nice time playing together with Jacob fixing something in the background.

Do you think these 2 are related?? Samuel and Daddy having a cuddle.

Spending time together at Grandma and Granddad's place. Jesse, Sienna, Jacob and me having a picnic dinner.

Tommy and Samuel again. Sam is such a happy boy

Looks like they have found something good. Wonder what it was.........

Granddad and Grandma relaxing with Jacob and me. Grandma is always knitting something for one of us.

Grandma is still busy knitting.

We visited Josiah and Michaela too. Here we are relaxing after a fun day together.

Funny faces

Running down the hill together....

Then we were off to visit Sienna and Jesse. Here Sienna and I are wearing our dresses made by Grandma.

Come on Jesse. You can be in the photo too.

Bath time with four of us all together was fun. Amazingly we got a picture with all of us looking at once.

I loved playing outdoors. Here we are with Uncle Shane checking out the cows.

And playing with Daddy on the slide.

The 3 musketeers on an adventure.

Playing in the cubby house.

Tommy admiring the view from on high.

Sienna and I horseying around.

Playing teaparties.

The boys are too busy to look at the camera.

We had a lovely time. Thanks everyone for putting up with us. Look forward to seeing you all again soon. We are currently still recovering from all the fun we had and getting back into Sydney time again. Mum tells me that 4:30am is really too early to be up. She said it is dark outside so we should be in bed but I informed her this morning that we could turn on the light. That seemed like a reasonable solution to me!!!

celebrations and holidays

Hi there. Lucy here to tell you of our latest adventures. It has been another couple of busy months for Tommy and I.
In September, we went to the church spring picnic. Here I am on the little train with Daddy and a lady who loves trains. Thanks for a lovely ride.

Then we celebrated Tommy's dedication. I thought it was a birthday party and kept singing "Happy Birthday" Apparently so did the guy who made the cake. Here it is after we finally found the camera. Mum was a bit disappointed that it had the wrong words on it but it was pretty yummy anyway.
Here is Tommy at the party with our friend Stewart. Cute hat.

Where's that hat gone???

We didn't take many photos because it was a very busy day but thanks everyone for coming along. It was a special day for us and it was great to have so many people there.
Here I am the day after. It had been a very big weekend! It is very rare for me to fall asleep in the pram and even rarer for me to stay asleep once we are no longer moving. I guess carrying around these 2 teddies makes me very tired!!!

Then there were more parties.....
Here we are celebrating Grandma's birthday with Nanna and Pappy.

And blowing out candles and singing -my favourite part....

Tommy is very active these days. Here he is playing with Bono. He looks a little stunned but is usually pretty happy to see Bono

Tommy playing in the bucket. How do I get out???

It's more fun with 2 of us in here. I couldn't resist jumping in too

Then we went on our big road trip to Brisbane and stopped a few nights with Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Morrie. GG has had a sore leg and had to use this walker to help her for a while. We thought it was quite fun, Thanks GG.

We finally made it to Brisbane to see our cousins, and Claire and I became inseparable. Here we are eating ice together...

Playing on the chair together.......

Jumping on the trampoline together - one of our favourite things....

Here I am on my own - a rare occurrence

Drinking our milk at night together.....

Having a bath together.....

Tommy tried to get into the action a bit

But he found his own friend - Patrick. What a cute pair.

Tommy and Daddy playing with Patrick

When we got home after 10 days away Tommy was very pleased to see his cot again.

Here he is chewing my hairbrush. He has no other use for it does he!!!!

We have been swimming. Trying to convert Daddy into a water baby like us.

Here are the boys having fun together

Tommy loves water just like me. Here he is enjoying the bath.

He also loves babies and here is another one to play with - our cousin Quinn

And here is our growing Mum's group. All the 2 year olds in the back and the siblings in the front. And 2 more coming soon - yay!!!

If we can't find Tommy these days, we know where to look. If the bathroom door is open this is where he will be. He loves water....

Here I am helping Mum make a chocolate cake. See what a good cook I am

Helping is messy work

Here's Tommy riding my bike. He's getting clever. Nothing is safe these days

And stopping to sweep on the way.

Here I am taking him for a ride in his new bike.

And here he is taking me. Not going very fast Tommy - speed it up please...

And that's all for now. More pics after our trip to NZ in a week. Can't wait to see you Grandma and Granddad and all the family. I have been talking about you all week.
